Shipping Policy

Flabia fresh Pvt. Ltd. is highly endeavoured over Customer’s or Direct Seller’s delight and satisfaction on post purchasing experiences in terms of smooth, hassle-free and seamless services with respect to the quality and speedy delivery. We also keep our Customer(s) or Direct Seller(s) appraised about multiple sequences like Placing Order, Order Processing, Dispatch, In-transit & Delivery ensuring good condition.

  • The Delivery of Ordered Product(s) will be processed within 24 hours on Business Days. The expected time for delivery is within 2-5 Business Days (excluding Sunday & Holiday).
  • It’s Customer’s or Direct Seller’s responsibility to make sure and confirm the ‘Correct Shipping Address’ before ‘Any Orders are Shipped’ to Company.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to certain restrictions imposed by government or any other authority acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government.
  • For unusual delays of delivery beyond stipulated time (either due to mishap or unforeseen circumstances) the Customer(s) or Direct Seller(s) is notified earliest. If the Customer(s) or Direct Seller(s) take the delivery acceptance, the said order is delivered, and if the Customer(s) or Direct Seller(s) wants the order cancellation, the refund is made directly to the Customers’ or Direct Sellers’ Bank Account using ‘Same Mode the Payment’ been received and the goods are taken back by the company.
  • The Customer(s) or Direct Seller(s) is(are) advised to refuse the ‘Delivery Received’ if the packaging is Tampered or Damaged or Unsealed during delivery of the goods, and immediately call Logistic through customer care @ 9674444400 or write an e-mail to mentioning the Order or Bill Reference Number. We’d make our fastest and best efforts to ensure a Prompt Replacement Delivery to the Customer(s) or Direct Seller(s) at earliest.

    First order with registration – Free Delivery (500 BV or More)

    All Individual and Team Orders above Rs.2,500/- (D.P) – Free Delivery

    All Subsequent Orders Rs.65/- Courier Charges ( PAN India)

    Additional Courier Charges applicable on Selected Products

    Courier Charges are Not-Refundable under any circumstances

    For COD (Cash On Delivery), any Order(s) cannot be cancelled anymore. If that particular consignment Returned, the respective Shipment Charges will be ‘Incorporated or Adjusted with Next Order’s Shipment Charges
