Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Please ensure to provide all the relevant information to help resolve the concern. All details must be provided at the time of logging a complaint/request as mentioned below:

  1. Distributor ID
  2. Nature of concern
  3. Requested Benefit

Complaint / Request Tracking

Once a Complaint/Request is logged, you will receive a unique ticket number via SMS on your registered mobile number. Also, our customer service team will provide the ticket number over the phone as well.

Closure

Your grievance will be redressed within one month of its receipt.
